Aside from his dental career, Dr. Wellman is involved with the Sports Car Club of America. He enjoys cars, as well as cycling, fishing, the outdoors, traveling, and cooking.

Dr. Sibal is Invisalign and Diode Laser Certified. He has also completed a Live Patient Aesthetic Continuum, focusing on providing full smile makeovers.

Dr. Sibal has earned Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. The Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) Fellowship Award is presented to dentists looking to provide the highest quality of dental care by remaining current in their profession. In order to receive this award, Dr. Sibal completed 500 hours of continuing dental education, passed a comprehensive written exam, and fulfilled three years of continuous membership in the AGD. As a recipient of this award, Dr. Sibal has joined an elite group of more than 17,105 members of the dental community who understand that great smiles and good oral health for their patients are the results of going above and beyond basic requirements. The Fellowship Award symbolizes excellence in the dental profession and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

“Becoming an AGD Fellow means a dentist has taken part in some of the most rigorous continuing dental education programs today,” said AGD President, Connie White, DDS. “Only six percent of all dentists have achieved this designation and we are proud to honor Dr. Sibal for his commitment and dedication to provide his patients with advanced and exceptional oral health care. He is exceeding industry requirements and paving a path of success distinguishing himself professionally amongst his peers and exemplifying his allegiance to the dental community.”

Life & Hobbies

Dr. Sibal was raised in Goose Creek, SC, and after graduating from Furman University on an Army ROTC Scholarship, he served five years in the 82nd Airborne Division, including two deployments to Iraq. Following his time in service, Dr. Sibal pursued and completed his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree at MUSC in Charleston, SC. After experiencing many different places throughout his life as a Navy "brat," Army officer, and husband to an Air Force officer, Dr. Sibal and his wife of 19 years, Anne Marie, knew South Carolina was the only place they could call home. Dr. Sibal and Anne Marie reside in the Upstate with their three girls, Sophia, Lennox, and Remi. He enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, watching sports (Go Steelers!), and enjoying everything South Carolina has to offer -- especially the wonderful southern cuisine.
